What is Afrodyssée?

Afrodyssée is a cultural event that is happening every year in Geneva since 2016, during Spring time. It is an international market for African trends. Basically, you can enjoy the Designers’ Market, the Photo Studio, the Food Village, but above all the Afrodyssée fashion show.

The catwalk show

The major attraction of the event is the catwalk show. Presenting the work of a selection of designers, the show allows you to discover the best of fashion from the African continent today.

A picture being worth a thousand words, we let you discover below our own highlights of the show! We were delighted to participate in this event, which showcases alternative visions of fashion and beauty, which are usually under-represented in the Western world.

Qu’est-ce qu’Afrodyssée?

Afrodyssée est un événement culturel ayant lieu chaque année à Genève depuis 2016, au printemps. Il s’agit d’un marché international des tendances africaines. Concrètement, vous pouvez profiter du Marché des Designers, du Studio Photo, du Food Village, mais surtout du défilé Afrodyssée.

Le défilé

L’attraction majeure de l’événement est le défilé. Présentant le travail d’une sélection de designers, le défilé vous permet de découvrir le meilleur de la mode du continent africain aujourd’hui.
