About Dresscape
Dresscape.com was born in 2015 – a very versatile luxury-oriented blog offering posts about various topics in the scopes of fashion, lifestyle and beauty, created by Claire and Nicolas. This project is the merging of both of us as individuals and of our creative passions such as writing, photography & styling. This blog was created in order to share with you our lifestyle, what inspires us and our creative vision on this blog, which suits our very own aesthetics.

We have decided to dedicate our energy and creativity elaborating content about products, services and experiences we truly love. In this aspect, this is a positive blog. This explains why you will generally be able to read positive reviews on the blog. Life is too short to lose our time on things we do not like.
Also, our opinions are always genuinely our own. We do not let others put words in our mouth and put an emphasis on always elaborating 100% of our content ourselves (unless stated otherwise). In this regard, we do not accept guest posts.
We do accept gifts (free products or services), but unless there has been an agreement on offering media coverage about them beforehand, we cannot guarantee that we will create content about them. As a matter of fact, we only post about what we truly love and use in our everyday life. Moreover, if we do decide to post about these, we will do it in our own time.

Are you a couple in real life?
Yes we are, since 2011. And married since 2020.
Who does what?
Each of us basically occupies all the positions here at Dresscape. But there are roles each of us feel more comfortable playing.
More often, this is Claire you will see in the posts. Claire is the main model in pictures, but not only. She is artistic director as well and main editor/redactor, as well as social media manager.
Behind the camera there will be most often Nicolas. Nicolas is mainly the photography and videography expert, as well as the webmaster.
Where does the name “Dresscape” come from?
Nicolas elaborated this portmanteau word by merging “dress” and “escape” together.
For us, this word now represents the fact that we use this blog to escape a daily routine through artistic creation.
