Paris… Oh, Paris! I hadn’t been to Paris in ages, literally since I was 15 and I was very curious to re-discover this city. Even more when thinking it is only a 3.5 hours away by train from Geneva. I did not know what to expect, if I would like it as an adult or not. Verdict: as soon as I arrived, I was transported. This city was so mesmerizing. Every street, every corner, every park was just like I had imagined. Just like in the old French films I enjoyed watching. I didn’t expect to fall in love so quickly with Paris! And, we thought, the mood suits Dresscape so perfectly well! The big classy and majestic monuments and buildings, the streetlamps, the adorable cafés, the kind people (yes, unlike the cliché, I got the impression that I found more nice people in Paris than in Geneva)… I even decided to offer myself a t-shirt with ‘Parisienne’ written on it. Straight away on the first day (you will certainly be able to discover it in a Spring look soon!).
Voilà about Paris (expect to see much more of Paris on our Instagram @wearedresscape), now moving to the outfit. I am wearing this COS oversized coat that I am rocking non-stop ever since I bought it in London. I combined it with knee-high boots by Dosenbach. I instinctively paired these two pieces together aiming for a classic and layered Winter look but I think that a few years ago, I would have been like: ‘Knee-high boots with such a long coat? No way!’ Tastes change and I love how this ends up being both a classic and a statement look simultaneously.

Paris… Oh, Paris!
