Parisienne at Heart

I am finally sharing a Spring look with the t-shirt I bought during my last trip to Paris: this cute writing tee saying “Parisienne” by French brand Maison Kitsuné. For me, this is more than a simple souvenir, it represents the moment I truly fell in love with this city, although I had been there before. I paired this new favourite piece with a pair of classic black slim-fitted tailor pants. I found these at COS, which is definitely one of my favourite labels for minimalistic garments. By the way, I think that such pants are the perfect touch to elevate any look. I mean, even with a t-shirt and loafers, it makes everything classier. Moving to these loafers by Dosenbach now, I thought they added the perfect amount of edginess and sparkliness. To me, this outfit represents what I think of when thinking of the “Parisienne” style: an touch of effortless (the basic tee), a touch of chic (the pants), a touch of vintage (the Longchamp handbag) and a touch of trendy (the silver loafers). Here’s my reinterpretation of it, I hope you guys like it!

Je partage enfin ce look printanier incluant ce t-shirt que j’ai ramené de mon dernier voyage à Paris: cette pièce adorable avec l’inscription “Parisienne” de chez Maison Kitsuné. Pour moi, cette pièce est davantage qu’un simple souvenir, elle représente le moment où je suis tombée profondément amoureuse de cette ville, même si je l’avais visitée plusieurs fois auparavant. J’ai combiné ce nouveau favori avec un pantalon ajusté noir classique de style tailleur. Je les ai trouvé chez COS, qui est l’un de mes labels favoris pour des pièces minimalistes. D’ailleurs, je pense que ce genre de pantalon peut élever tous les looks, même avec un simple t-shirt et des loafers, ça rend tous les looks plus classes. Parlons maintenant de ces petites merveilles de mocassins de chez Dosenbach. Je pense qu’elles ajoutent la parfaite petite touche de bling bling et d’originalité. Pour moi, cette tenue représente le style “parisien”: une touche d’improvisé (le t-shirt basique), une touche de chic (le pantalon), une touche rétro (le sav à main Longchamp) et une touche tendance (les mocassins argent).
